A Bond That Heals

After surgery, sutures aren't always the answer because they can be irritating to the animal. GLUture® Topical Tissue Adhesive, however, provides an option that is less irritating than sutures. Other important characteristics of GLUture are that it sets up quickly, creates a strong and flexible bond and dries clear for a neat appearance.

It's for these very reasons that veterinarians like Dr. Susan Sallee of Grayslake Animal Hospital in Grayslake, Illinois, use GLUture. "We want something that's going to work fast, and not take a lot of material," she said. "If you get too much material to seal the tissue, it's going to be irritating to the animal, as it would to a person, and they're going to want to pick at it. We don't want to create itching and inflammation."
